2. Role of Safran Travel Agency
Safran Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, insurance companies, and visa authorities. We do not own or control these providers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service changes.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider. Full or partial payment may be required before confirmation of any booking.
Prices are subject to change due to availability, supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, taxes, or government charges. Once payment is made and a booking is confirmed, applicable supplier terms will apply.
4. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documents required for travel.
While we assist with visa processing, the final decision rests with the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Safran Travel Agency is not responsible for visa refusals or delays.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing. All changes and cancellations are subject to supplier terms, availability, and applicable penalties.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the terms of the relevant service provider. Some services may be non-refundable.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events.
8. Limitation of Liability
Safran Travel Agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, weather conditions, government actions, pandemics, or supplier failures.
